Looking for friendly and pleasant bartenders that are honest and dependable with a "how can I be of service?" mentality.

Job Duties:

  • Promptly greet guests with a warm welcome and provide them menus.

  • Learn the menus and be aware of our specials, promotions, game days/times, fight nights, events, etc. so that you can inform customers, invite them back, and answer inquiries.

  • Communicate with customers to promote specials and suggestions.

  • Obtain the customer's order and enter it into the POS system.

  • Ensure accuracy of food and drink orders and quickly serve to customers.

  • Check-in with customers to ensure they are delighted with their food, drink, and experience and address any concerns.

  • Check ids for gaming and alcoholic drinks to ensure the customers are 21+.

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers using our restaurant recipes and procedures.

  • Perform correct money transactions and make correct change utilizing the POS system.

  • Reconcile daily bar inventories with bar cash-received totals.

  • Have an aptitude for driving sales through cultivation of new guests and retention of current customers.

  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area according to restaurant specifications.

  • Prep and stock bar (e.g. alcohol, juices, fruit, and other supplies). Refill ice bins.

  • Clean glassware, put bus tubs away, & restock and clean restrooms as needed.

  • Assist fellow employees with their workload as needed.

  • Any other duties assigned by management.

Friday - Saturday 11 AM - 1 AM

Other Requirements:

  • Experienced bartenders (21+) only.

  • No smoking or alcohol consumption while on shift.

Looking for Barbacks with a positive attitude that is proactive, efficient, and reliable to perform the following duties at our bar & restaurant:

  • Restock beer and ice

  • Change kegs

  • Help bus tables

  • Wash dishes

  • Clean the premises (i.e. remove garbage, clean bathrooms, sweep, mop, vacuum etc.)

  • Set up and put away tables and chairs for private parties

  • Other additional duties assigned by management.

Hours of Operation:

Sunday - Thursday 11 AM - 12 AM

Friday - Saturday 11 AM - 1 AM

Other Requirements:

  • Age: 18+

  • No smoking or alcohol consumption while on shift.

  • Must be able to work some weeknight and weekend shifts.

  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

  • Experience preferred but not required.
