To view our party menu, click here. Prices do not include tax or 18% gratuity. No room rental fee. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date/time and will be credited towards your food order at the time of your scheduled event. Food order must be submitted 7 days prior to event. Soft drink package must be purchased with all parties. No outside food or drinks allowed, except for cakes and desserts purchased from a licensed bakery or a store. Linen tablecloths or disposable table covers are available for a small fee. You may decorate the room for your event. Any other terms or conditions will be defined in the reservation form at the time of booking.

bartenders

Looking for friendly and pleasant bartenders that are honest and dependable with a "how can I be of service?" mentality.

Job Duties:

Promptly greet guests with a warm welcome and provide them menus.
Learn the menus and be aware of our specials, promotions, game days/times, fight nights, events, etc. so that you can inform customers, invite them back, and answer inquiries.
Communicate with customers to promote specials and suggestions.
Obtain the customer's order and enter it into the POS system.
Ensure accuracy of food and drink orders and quickly serve to customers.
Check-in with customers to ensure they are delighted with their food, drink, and experience and address any concerns.
Check ids for gaming and alcoholic drinks to ensure the customers are 21+.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers using our restaurant recipes and procedures.
Perform correct money transactions and make correct change utilizing the POS system.
Reconcile daily bar inventories with bar cash-received totals.
Have an aptitude for driving sales through cultivation of new guests and retention of current customers.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area according to restaurant specifications.
Prep and stock bar (e.g. alcohol, juices, fruit, and other supplies). Refill ice bins.
Clean glassware, put bus tubs away, & restock and clean restrooms as needed.
Assist fellow employees with their workload as needed.
Any other duties assigned by management.

Other Requirements:

Experienced bartenders (21+) only.
No smoking or alcohol consumption while on shift.

Experience with Aldelo and BASSET certified is a plus. Must be able to obtain BASSET certification within 30 days of employment.

barbacks

Looking for Barbacks with a positive attitude that is proactive, efficient, and reliable to perform the following duties at our bar & restaurant:

Restock beer and ice
Change kegs
Help bus tables
Wash dishes
Clean the premises (i.e. remove garbage, clean bathrooms, sweep, mop, vacuum etc.)
Set up and put away tables and chairs for private parties
Other additional duties assigned by management.

Hours of Operation:

Sunday - Thursday 11 AM - 12 AM

Friday - Saturday 11 AM - 1 AM

Other Requirements:

Age: 18+
No smoking or alcohol consumption while on shift.
Must be able to work some weeknight and weekend shifts.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Experience preferred but not required.
